WCE Field Specialist – DPM

About the role

The WCE Field Specialist – DPM ensures safe, efficient and reliable service delivery to customers, while identifying improvement opportunities and managing risk on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient and reliable PSD for customers.
• Identify and implement service delivery improvements and standard work.
• Manage risk during service delivery and participate in job risk analysis.
• Ensure accurate, on‑time delivery of job deliverables.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement CAT, self‑assessments and wellsite inspections to meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings and create action plans for performance improvement.
• Engage in HSE and quality initiatives, wear PPE and follow HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience.
