Welding Engineer – Boiler Projects (Kuwait)

About the role

The company is seeking a Welding Engineer to support the MEW Power Stations & Water Distillation project in Kuwait. The role focuses on the fabrication, installation and quality assurance of ten boiler units within the Project Management Department (Boiler & Piping).

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and inspect welding activities for boiler and piping systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes and safety standards.
• Coordinate with fabrication shops, site teams and quality control personnel.
• Prepare and review welding procedures, weld maps and inspection reports.
• Manage documentation and support client audits.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in welding engineering, preferably on power‑station or water‑distillation projects.
• Prior exposure to shipyard or industrial fabrication environments is advantageous.
