AC Technician

About the role

Integrated Logistics Co. KCSC is seeking a full‑time AC Technician to work on‑site in Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role involves installing, maintaining and repairing air‑conditioning systems mounted on heavy equipment such as cranes, ensuring reliable operation for industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, remove, inspect, maintain and repair AC systems on various equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air‑conditioning and refrigeration circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Inspect and repair components including compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, electrical controls, sensors and refrigerant circuits.
• Carry out electrical troubleshooting related to AC equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance personnel and follow instructions from the Electrical Foreman.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives while adhering to safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an AC Technician or in a related role.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• ITI diploma or equivalent certification in a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and professionalism.

Required skills

• AC system installation, removal and repair.
• Preventive and corrective AC maintenance.
• Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Refrigerant handling and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Electrical troubleshooting of AC equipment.
• Familiarity with components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves and control systems.
• Experience with heavy‑equipment or crane‑mounted AC systems (advantageous).
