About the role

The Account Manager will drive sales of technology infrastructure solutions across the local market. You will build strong relationships with suppliers and customers, understand business needs, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Develop and manage strategic account plans in collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within customer organisations.
  • Use a consultative approach to identify customer challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to capture new sales opportunities and stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven sales/account‑management experience in the IT industry, preferably with technology infrastructure.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of presenting complex solutions clearly.
