Accountant (Indian Nationality) – Full-Time in Ardhiya, Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Accountant (Indian nationality) to join our reputable catering company in Ardhiya, Kuwait. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, supporting month‑end and year‑end processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare accurate accounting reports and present financial results.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage pre‑payments, provisions, and accruals.
• Review and improve accounting systems and procedures.
• Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Develop and document accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Familiarity with financial statements and general ledger functions.
• Bachelor or master degree in commerce (preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Hands‑on experience with accounting software.
