Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. You will ensure that cost and expense documents are accurately recorded and that revenue and expenses are reflected in compliance with legislation, company policies and GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify sales revenues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and accurate recording in the accounting system.
• Provide comprehensive financial information (income, cost, financing, statistics) to the Sales Manager or supervisor upon request.
• Handle timely bank deposits for sales proceeds (Office, BSP, Cargo, CASS, GSA) and record them correctly.
• Process payments for approved expenditures, maintaining proper accounting records and managing allowance disbursements.
• Maintain the annual cost‑budget sheet, monitor costs against budget limits and alert superiors of any overruns.
• Manage administrative accounting affairs and follow up on related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school graduation.
• At least one year of experience in finance, accounting, month‑end close or financial reporting.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and ability to make effective decisions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of working both independently and in a team.
• Valid work permit or citizenship (the company does not sponsor permits).

Required skills

• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
• Excellent command of English and the local language.
