Ad Media Buyer (Remote)

About the role

Jadeite Ventures – Qynda is seeking a results‑driven Ad Media Buyer to own and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and other digital platforms. The role is fully remote and focuses on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for e‑commerce and consumer‑facing brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media plans aligned with business acquisition goals.
• Set up, launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage budgets, bids, audiences, placements and campaign structures.
• Optimize performance using ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate metrics.
• Build and test prospecting, retargeting, look‑alike and custom audiences.
• Conduct structured A/B testing across audiences, placements and bidding strategies.
• Monitor and validate pixels, conversion events, UTMs and other tracking requirements.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated on platform developments, market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, E‑Commerce, Web Development and Operations teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven media buying or performance marketing experience.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two of the following platforms: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns in GCC markets (Kuwait, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
• Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making.
