Admin Finance – 6‑Month Contract

About the role
talabat is seeking an Admin Finance professional to support its finance team on a six‑month contract. You will handle day‑to‑day financial administration, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, timely payments, and smooth month‑end closing.
Key responsibilities
- Enter financial transactions and maintain databases.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports as required.
- Assist in drafting contracts, agreements and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on finance matters.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Monitor transactions for compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel.
- Process invoices, ensure timely vendor payments, and manage cash/cheque deposits.
- Perform month‑end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Collect receivables, assist with AP/AR functions, and support audit preparation.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior administrative support experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, professional demeanor and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
