AI Adoption Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an AI Adoption Specialist to lead the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions across our Islamic bank in Kuwait. The role will drive AI‑enabled productivity, decision‑making and operational efficiency, aligning initiatives with the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize and manage a portfolio of high‑value AI use cases across business functions.
• Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps that support digital transformation goals.
• Design, develop and deploy AI‑powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic AI frameworks.
• Build intelligent AI agents and copilots to automate processes and boost employee productivity.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to enhance the accuracy of AI‑generated responses.
• Define prompt‑engineering strategies and reusable AI solution patterns.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI, data analytics, automation or related technology roles.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise AI adoption initiatives and delivering AI‑driven solutions from concept to production.
• Experience working in large enterprises, preferably financial institutions or regulated environments.
