Arabic Language Expert - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a native or near‑native Arabic speaker to join our fast‑growing AI data services team on a contract basis. You will work remotely, reviewing and creating bilingual Arabic‑English training content that helps improve large‑scale AI models. The role is hourly, flexible, and focuses on high‑quality linguistic evaluation and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated Arabic and English responses for accuracy, clarity, and logical reasoning.
• Generate high‑quality bilingual prompts and model solutions across a variety of topics.
• Rate and compare multiple AI outputs, identifying methodological errors and gaps in reasoning.
• Fact‑check information using reputable sources and ensure adherence to linguistic rubrics.
• Provide detailed feedback that guides model improvement and supports future AI training projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency for bilingual evaluation.
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to apply detailed rubrics consistently, and solid fact‑checking habits.

Required skills

• Arabic language expertise (MSA and dialects).
• English proficiency (C1 level).
• Experience with AI data annotation, evaluation, or training workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with Arabic localization conventions for the MENA region (preferred).
