About the role
Design Core Interiors is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out and construction projects in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing project delivery from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and monitor interior fit‑out projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Coordinate on‑site activities, supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, architects, and internal teams.
- Prepare progress reports, manage documentation and resolve issues that arise on site.
- Ensure health, safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Proven experience in interior fit‑out or construction project management.
- Fluent Arabic language skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage timelines, teams, subcontractors and client expectations.
