Architectural Inspector – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Egis Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Architectural Inspector to join its Kuwait team. You will conduct thorough inspections of ports, terminals and other infrastructure facilities to ensure compliance with architectural standards, building codes and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive architectural inspections of port and terminal facilities, verifying adherence to approved designs and specifications.
• Analyze structural and architectural components, document findings, and produce detailed inspection reports.
• Identify deficiencies and non‑conformances, communicate corrective actions to project stakeholders, and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain organized records of inspections, test results and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting architectural inspections in port, terminal or infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, architectural standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
• Experience using digital inspection documentation systems.
• Skilled in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
