Area Coach – Multi‑Unit Restaurant Operations

About the role

The Area Coach will oversee several Krispy Kreme restaurants within a defined territory, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and a superior guest experience. This senior leadership position drives people development, brand compliance, and the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high‑quality food, service, and cleanliness standards across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits, monitor compliance with health, safety, and food‑safety regulations, and support Restaurant General Managers.
• Lead, coach, and develop RGMs and their teams, building a talent pipeline and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Achieve sales, profit, and cost targets; manage labor, food, and productivity metrics.
• Support new store openings and ensure smooth rollout of business initiatives.
• Drive a guest‑first culture, monitor feedback, and implement action plans to improve satisfaction scores.
• Uphold brand standards, company policies, and represent Krispy Kreme values with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of restaurant operations experience, including 3–5 years in multi‑unit management within the QSR industry.
• Proven track record of meeting financial and operational goals.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Required skills
