Area Manager – Coffee Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple café outlets of our coffee chain. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent operational performance, maintaining brand standards, and driving profitability across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several cafés, monitoring KPIs such as sales, labor cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular store visits to verify compliance with company policies, brand standards, health and safety regulations.
• Develop, train, and support Café Managers to enhance leadership and operational capabilities.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to boost footfall and revenue.
• Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to meet profit targets.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high‑performing team members.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control across locations.
• Liaise with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multi‑unit food & beverage or café operations.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and operational targets.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards and local labour laws.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel frequently between café locations.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with POS systems.
