Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Area Manager to lead multiple restaurant branches in Kuwait. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and developing high‑performing teams across the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all branches, maintaining consistent service quality and customer experience.
• Drive branch sales targets and manage P&L, including revenue, food cost, labor cost and overall profitability.
• Lead, coach and hold branch managers accountable to operational and financial KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with Kuwait Municipality food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory, procurement and waste control to protect margins.
• Standardise SOPs, service flow and brand standards across every location.
• Support new branch openings – setup, staffing, training and launch readiness.
• Report performance trends and action plans to senior management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of multi‑branch restaurant operations experience, including at least 2 years as an Area or Multi‑Unit Manager (GCC experience preferred).
• Proven track record of managing P&L, sales growth and cost control across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience developing branch teams.
• Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene and Kuwait Municipality requirements.
• Experience in QSR, casual dining or high‑volume restaurant environments.
• Valid transferable residency (Article 18) preferred or willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
