Assistant Brand Manager – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies across our fast‑moving consumer goods portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns, product launches and promotional activities are delivered on time and meet performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital and in‑store channels.
• Track brand performance against targets and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in managing promotional activities, launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Work with creative, media and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Manage artwork development, packaging updates and POS materials.
• Monitor campaign execution accuracy across channels and markets.
• Support new product development processes and coordinate with sales, supply chain, finance and IT.
• Track budgets, invoices and marketing spend versus plan.
• Conduct market visits, store checks and competitor benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in brand or trade marketing, preferably in food or non‑food categories.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, evaluate market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Effective oral and written communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
• Goal‑oriented, results‑driven mindset with creativity.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
