Assistant Manager – HR Digital Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Human Resources to lead our digital transformation journey across Kuwait. You will modernise HR systems, embed predictive workforce analytics, and create an AI‑driven people operating model that supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full HR technology landscape (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, performance management) and drive integration and optimisation.
• Digitise performance management processes, including KPIs, goal setting, dashboards and calibration tools.
• Build a workforce analytics capability that moves from reporting to predictive insights.
• Develop AI‑enabled intelligence for attrition, absenteeism, burnout and productivity risk detection.
• Automate HR processes and enhance the digital employee experience (self‑service, onboarding portals, etc.).
• Ensure data governance, privacy and compliance across all HR systems.
• Manage HR technology vendors, contracts and performance.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to drive adoption of new digital tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Data/Analytics or a related field.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in HR technology, digital transformation or workforce analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law (mandatory).
• Professional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
