Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support the planning, execution, and follow‑up of marketing activities across One Global Hub. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role ensures daily marketing tasks, vendor coordination, and campaign delivery are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing marketing plans, campaign calendars, and monthly action plans.
• Coordinate daily marketing tasks, track deadlines, and follow up with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and suppliers.
• Support the execution of digital, social media, PR, event, and content campaigns.
• Prepare briefs for designers, writers, agencies, and production teams.
• Manage social media content calendars, review captions, visuals, reels, and stories before publishing.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate paid campaign activities with the digital team or media buyers and track basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, CPL, and conversions.
• Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, community activities, launches, and exhibitions, including logistics, branding, giveaways, and on‑site assistance.
• Maintain organized marketing files, approvals, reports, and assets.

Required profile

• Strong ability to manage daily marketing work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and vendors.
• Attention to detail to ensure high‑quality campaign, content, and event deliverables.
• Proactive support for both strategic and executional marketing needs.
