Assistant Operations Supervisor – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Supervisor to support daily operations in our Food & Beverage division in Kuwait City. The role ensures smooth coordination between kitchen, dispatch and delivery teams while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, including order flow and service quality.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen, dispatch and delivery teams.
• Monitor staff performance, covering drivers and kitchen personnel.
• Ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and food quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Track KPIs and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in food delivery or F&B operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and delivery workflows.
• Experience managing teams of drivers, kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Talabat or similar.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
