Assistant Operations Supervisor (Food & Beverage Management)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Supervisor to support the daily management of our Food & Beverage division in Kuwait. The role ensures seamless coordination between kitchen, dispatch and delivery teams while upholding high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, monitoring order flow and service quality.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen staff, dispatch personnel and delivery drivers.
• Track and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance to drivers and kitchen crew.
• Guarantee timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and food quality standards in all operational areas.
• Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Track key performance indicators and compile daily/weekly operational reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce delays.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in food delivery or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and delivery workflows.
• Proven experience managing teams of drivers, kitchen staff and supervisors.
• Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Talabat.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
