Assistant Outlet Manager – Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

The Four Seasons hotel in Kuwait City is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Li Beirut Lebanese restaurant and its private bar. You will work closely with the outlet manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver the luxury guest experience the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, schedule and motivate restaurant staff.
• Manage the dining room and private bar operations, ensuring service standards are met.
• Control labor costs and operating expenses through effective budgeting, purchasing and inventory management.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, recognize performance, handle guest complaints and special requests.
• Participate in regular operational meetings to coordinate with other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role at a five‑star luxury hotel or high‑end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a daily workload.
