Assistant Outlet Manager – Lebanese Restaurant

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the operation of Li Beirut, an authentic Lebanese restaurant within the Four Seasons resort in Kuwait City. This position combines staff leadership, operational oversight, and guest service excellence to maintain the hotel’s five‑star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, and schedule restaurant and private bar staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to cultural and core standards.
• Manage daily dining and bar operations, controlling labor and operating expenses through effective budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and cash handling.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor, recognize employee achievements, handle guest complaints, special requests, and promote positive public relations.
• Participate in regular operational meetings to coordinate with other departments and ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a five‑star luxury hotel or high‑end Lebanese restaurant in the Middle East.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven capacity to multitask and prioritize a daily workload.
