Assistant Store Keeper – F&B Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Keeper to manage the food and beverage warehouse for a leading restaurant and catering chain in Kuwait. The role involves handling receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of F&B supplies while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming items against purchase orders.
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
• Apply FIFO/FEFO stock rotation and monitor expiry dates.
• Issue stock to outlets and departments based on approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in an F&B environment (GCC experience preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and numerical abilities.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
