Associate Marketing

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Associate Marketing professional to support advertising, promotional campaigns, and events. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaign requirements are met and contribute fresh ideas to boost brand engagement across targeted communities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing advertising, promotional campaigns, and events according to quarterly plans while respecting brand guidelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and other teams to fulfill campaign needs and generate engaging content.
• Maintain and update in‑app marketing campaigns, monitor performance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support on‑ground activations, manage marketing materials, and coordinate promoters.
• Help set up partnership campaigns and stay updated on market trends.
• Create purchase requests, track marketing expenses, and coordinate payments with the procurement team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus.
