Associate - Tax Automation & AI Solutions

About the role

The Associate will support KPMG Kuwait's Tax function by driving automation and efficiency through the Microsoft Power Platform and emerging AI tools. The focus is on reducing manual processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and leveraging AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess opportunities to automate manual processes within the Tax function.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build automation for data consolidation, validation, reporting, reconciliation, document generation, and approval workflows.
• Leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to enhance automation and create intelligent solutions.
