Auto Mechanic for Precast Factory Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Auto Mechanic to maintain and repair the fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment used in our precast manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring minimal downtime for loaders, forklifts, trailers, and transport trucks that are essential to production and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical issues in factory vehicles and heavy equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on trucks, forklifts, cranes, loaders, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and diesel engine systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and report maintenance activities promptly.
• Conduct safety checks to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime.
• Identify parts for replacement and manage inventory control.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns within the factory premises.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Auto Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Auto Mechanic, preferably in construction, precast, or heavy‑industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and heavy machinery maintenance.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems.
• Candidates must be located in Kuwait and hold a transferable visa.
