Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using espresso machines and manual brewing methods, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Engage with customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure the shop is well‑stocked.
• Train and mentor new baristas, sharing knowledge about coffee preparation and customer service.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
• Stay updated on coffee trends, attend workshops, and contribute to new beverage recipes and seasonal offerings.
