About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Bartender/Mixologist focused on non‑alcoholic beverages, delivering memorable guest experiences with a bright, friendly attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain bar operations by stocking and organizing supplies, glassware and perishables.
- Process payments efficiently using the point‑of‑sale system for cash, cards, gift certificates and vouchers.
- Monitor product quality, manage inventory and ensure freshness of beverage items.
- Address guest concerns professionally, including handling intoxicated guests with care.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation and regulatory standards.
