BIM Manager – Infrastructure & Senior Digital Delivery Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Manager will lead the development, implementation and optimisation of BIM standards and digital delivery processes for infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 and company protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines and templates aligned with ISO 19650.
• Conduct audits, model quality checks and clash detection to ensure compliance across projects.
• Lead BIM kickoff meetings, coordinate CDE/EDMS usage and manage content libraries.
• Drive process improvement through automation, KPI tracking and training programmes.
• Support marketing of the firm’s digital delivery capabilities and stay abreast of emerging BIM trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure BIM implementation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, ISO 19650 and recognised BIM qualifications.

Required skills

• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Power BI.
• Etabs, Safe, SAP2000, S‑Concrete, RAM Connections, Ram Concept, Concide Beam.
• IMAGINiT Clarity, Kinship, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of BS/PAS 1192, ISO 19650, COBie/IFC workflows and Dynamo automation (preferred).
