Branch Manager - Pilates Studio

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of a thriving Pilates studio, ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving membership growth and revenue. This position combines operational oversight, sales leadership, and team management to achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment condition.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, and overall revenue growth; monitor KPIs such as retention and occupancy rates.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, handle member inquiries and escalations, and foster an inclusive studio environment.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise Pilates instructors and front‑desk staff; create schedules and conduct performance reviews.
• Manage class schedules to maximize attendance and ensure classes meet company standards.
• Represent the studio at community events, build relationships with local businesses, and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in studio, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail management.
• Proven experience leading teams and meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or Pilates operations is highly desirable.
