About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the operations of our restaurant in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and customer satisfaction while driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall restaurant branch operations, including staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
- Control cash handling, inventory, food costs and waste in line with SOPs.
- Monitor sales targets, service standards and customer feedback to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for financial and operational metrics.
Required profile
- Indonesian citizenship.
- 3–5 years of genuine QSR experience, preferably with brands such as McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s or Pizza Hut.
- Basic English communication skills.
- No prior work experience in Kuwait.
- Strong background in restaurant operations and staff management.
