About the role

The Brand and Visual Creative Designer will develop and execute creative marketing concepts, turning them into visual assets that reinforce brand presence across digital, print, retail and operational touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams, the role drives brand consistency while delivering engaging communications that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop creative marketing concepts, campaign ideas and brand initiatives.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling visual and communication solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new products, promotions, events and brand activations.
  • Create marketing communication materials across digital, print, retail and in‑store platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, visual identity and customer experience across all channels.
  • Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Design marketing assets such as social media content, digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, menus, packaging, POS materials, signage, corporate presentations, brand profiles and event materials.
  • Safeguard brand identity and ensure compliance with approved visual standards.
  • Assist with brand launches, rebranding initiatives and market positioning projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Creative & Design teams and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate with agencies, printers, photographers and production partners to ensure high‑quality execution.
  • Manage multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining differentiation and consistency.

Required profile

  • Proactive idea generator capable of developing independent concepts.
  • Strong ability to work closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across various departments and external partners.
  • Capacity to handle multiple brands and projects concurrently.
  • Attention to detail to maintain brand consistency and visual standards.
