Brand Executive Chef

About the role

The Brand Executive Chef will lead culinary excellence across four upscale casual‑dining concepts in Kuwait. This hands‑on position blends strategic oversight with day‑to‑day kitchen presence, ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and team development across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations for breakfast cafés, burger brands, and upscale coffee‑led formats.
• Maintain standardisation of dishes, recipes, and presentation across all units.
• Develop and deliver culinary training programs and SOPs for kitchen teams.
• Collaborate on menu innovation and drive concept expansion, including new day‑part launches.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of Head Chefs.
• Travel regularly to audit quality, coach on‑site teams, and ensure operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional culinary experience.
• 3–5 years in a multi‑brand executive or group‑level chef role.
• Deep knowledge of premium casual dining, especially upscale breakfast and coffee concepts.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑site kitchen teams.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Kuwait with regional travel flexibility.
