Brand Manager – Obesity (Kuwait)

About the role

The Brand Manager will lead pre‑launch and launch preparations for Lilly’s weight‑management portfolio in Kuwait. Reporting to regional leadership, the role focuses on translating consumer insights into strategic priorities and driving cross‑functional execution to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team to develop and implement customer plans, launch readiness sessions and operational activities for the weight‑management indication.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment for the Upper Gulf market.
• Develop TL mapping and engagement plans for weight‑management products.
• Partner with Corporate Affairs to shape environmental activities based on affiliate archetype.
• Create operational plans and tactical activities that increase deep touch points and expand SOA partnerships with MCE.
• Achieve brand health goals, meet annual targets and manage OPEX to support company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Sciences (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• Proven ability to work across dynamic cross‑functional teams and lead large projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait pharma market and landscape.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
