Business Development Engineer (MEP) & Electrical/ELV Engineer Positions in Kuwait

About the role

We are expanding our team in Kuwait and are looking for experienced engineers to drive business development and deliver electrical, MEP, and low‑voltage projects. Three distinct positions are open: Business Development Engineer (MEP), Electrical Engineer, and Low Voltage (ELV) Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in government and private sectors (Business Development Engineer).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender documents and follow up until award.
• Design, review and supervise electrical installations, LV/MV power distribution, lighting, earthing and commissioning (Electrical Engineer).
• Prepare shop drawings, technical submittals and material approvals.
• Design, engineer and execute ELV and security system projects, including CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Telecom and Intrusion Alarm (ELV Engineer).
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning and system integration for ELV solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, tendering and project teams to ensure compliance with specifications, quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering.
• 3–10 years of relevant experience depending on the position.
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management and project execution.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors and authorities in Kuwait (preferred).
• Valid Kuwait driving licence (preferred).

Required skills

• Electrical engineering fundamentals, LV/MV systems, power distribution.
• MEP and ELV project knowledge.
• CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Telecom, SMATV, Intrusion Alarm systems.
• Technical proposal writing, tender documentation, BOQ preparation.
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.
