Business Development Executive – Fit Out Works

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive specialized in interior fit‑out projects to expand our client base in Kuwait. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in interior fit‑out and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into signed contracts, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately met.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of business development or sales experience in the fit‑out industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit‑out works and project execution processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and independent lead‑generation abilities.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
