Business Development Manager – Defense & Commercial

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive procurement, MRO supplies, manpower, project support, logistics, accommodation, travel, and facility support services for Government, Defense, Oil & Gas, and Commercial clients in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with Government, Defense, Oil & Gas and Commercial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement departments, project managers and decision makers.
• Identify upcoming tenders, RFQs and procurement opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and deliver company presentations.
• Coordinate with internal procurement and proposal teams to prepare competitive quotations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with management to develop growth strategies.

Required profile

• Residency in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency (Article 18 preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait and/or GCC.
• Existing network within Government, Oil & Gas, EPC, Defense or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
