Business Development Manager – ICT Solutions (Kuwait)

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth of ICT products and services for a telecom provider in Kuwait. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and building strong relationships with strategic clients to increase revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Lead growth for ICT products in Kuwait through new leads and client mining.
• Create sales opportunities and qualify leads.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Generate leads, close sales, and handle account management.
• Build relationships with strategic and key customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage correspondence.
• Collaborate with presales for solution design and pricing.
• Compile tenders and develop proposals.
• Monitor competitor strategies and pricing.
• Maintain customer relationships throughout project delivery.
• Support Enterprise & SME Account Managers in closing new business.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in business development or sales within ICT/telecom.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to develop strategies that minimize financial risk and analyze market trends.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
