Business Development Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech environmental services company expanding our waste‑collection network across the GCC. We are looking for a highly organized, field‑oriented Business Development Manager to lead daily collection activities, logistics coordination and operational growth in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure new customers across Kuwait, focusing on restaurants, hotels, catering firms, food manufacturers, supermarkets and industrial clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts, conduct regular visits, and drive customer retention and contract renewals.
• Negotiate commercial proposals, present solutions and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with hospitality groups, waste‑management firms and government entities to expand market presence.
• Analyze operational processes, collaborate with logistics teams to optimise collection routes and service schedules, and support implementation of new technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in operations, logistics, waste management, recycling, FMCG distribution or field service management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills, including managing drivers and field staff.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve operational problems quickly and maintain high service standards.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong organisational and reporting abilities; valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.
