Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our presence in the government and corporate sectors. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, driving B2B sales, and building lasting client relationships for our offline gifting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within government and corporate markets.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives to grow the client base in corporate and institutional sectors.
• Leverage existing networks to generate leads and engage key decision‑makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and oversee contract negotiations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring expectations are exceeded and post‑sale activities are fulfilled.
• Report market activities and client interactions to the Business Development Lead and collaborate with the team on strategic goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience, preferably in offline gifting or related industries.
• Established connections within government and corporate sectors.
• Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s).
