Business Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Procurement Specialists to support our procurement operations initially in Kuwait and later on a key project in the UAE. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, building supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source suppliers, request quotations, compare prices and conduct commercial negotiations across Kuwait and the UAE.
• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes, from obtaining quotes to evaluating suppliers and coordinating purchases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee timely procurement and delivery.
• Prepare procurement reports and keep accurate records of all procurement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business negotiation and overseas procurement operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East procurement market, especially Kuwait and the UAE.
• Excellent communication, coordination and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to join immediately.
