Business System Analyst – Supply Chain Execution

About the role

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Execution to drive process optimization and system enhancements across our warehouse, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing functions. The role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver stable, high‑performing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, extension, and enhancement of Oracle Supply Chain Execution modules such as WMS, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Process Manufacturing.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, documenting gaps and recommending improvements.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy application updates and upgrades following best‑practice SDLC and change‑control standards.
• Manage end‑to‑end projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
• Provide ongoing support, resolve service requests within SLA, and maintain system stability and performance.
• Ensure data integrity and security across Oracle platforms.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Produce reports and analytics to deliver actionable insights to the business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite and Supply Chain Execution modules.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and training delivery.
