C2C Lead – Credit & Collections

About the role

The C2C Lead will drive the strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution of credit‑to‑cash (C2C) projects for Otis in Kuwait. Reporting to the C2C IBAME Lead, you will translate regional priorities into concrete local actions while ensuring smooth collections, reserves and dispute management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the credit and collections team, overseeing creditworthiness assessments for key accounts.
• Design, implement and monitor project plans for C2C initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality and business objectives are met.
• Manage daily collections, reserves and dispute targets; track incidents and coordinate resources for rapid resolution.
• Monitor operational and project KPIs, analyse deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Align priorities with regional and local stakeholders, facilitating two‑way communication.
• Identify and implement process improvements, delivering scalable solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for regional management and local teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams, fostering collaboration.
• Train team members on new processes and maintain close liaison with the Finance department.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in C2C environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of balancing strategic planning with operational coordination.
• University degree in Finance, Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Certified Credit Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
