Chef de Partie – Employee Cafeteria (Arabic Cuisine)

About the role

The Chef de Partie will lead the pastry team in the employee cafeteria, developing Arabic‑style menus and ensuring consistent quality and presentation for all food items.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and developing menus for the employee cafeteria and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective organization, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards, local regulations, and Four Seasons cleanliness policies.
• Communicate with employees and managers to meet operational needs and attend regular coordination meetings.
• Perform quality checks, inspire team members, and conduct team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role within an Arabic specialty restaurant in a five‑star luxury hotel.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools for costing recipes and creating pick‑up charts.
• Ability to type and manage basic administrative tasks related to kitchen operations.
