Chef de Partie – Hotel Kitchen

About the role

You will support the efficient operation of the kitchen department at Hyatt Regency Al Kout, aligning with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen to ensure consistent, high‑quality food production.
• Maintain courteous, professional, and flexible service that reflects the outlet’s concept and Hyatt standards.
• Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to meet guest expectations and uphold brand reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as Chef de Partie, or 3‑4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Experience in luxury international hotel brands is preferred.
• Relevant qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health & safety standards.
• Basic computer skills, particularly MS Office.
