About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the preparation and presentation of authentic Lebanese dishes in its award‑winning Kuwait City resort. The role combines culinary creativity with strict adherence to the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate Lebanese menu items with precision, ensuring consistent flavor, texture, and visual appeal.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe development, blending traditional flavors with innovative presentation.
• Maintain rigorous kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in line with HACCP and hotel standards.
• Control food costs, manage inventory, and reduce waste through portion control and organized purchasing.
• Supervise and mentor Commis and junior kitchen staff, providing training and motivation.
• Conduct regular quality and taste checks to uphold authenticity and excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations and timely service.
• Adapt to various shifts and kitchen stations as operational needs dictate.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑end hotel or resort kitchen, preferably with Lebanese cuisine.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP compliance.
• Ability to lead and train junior team members.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
