Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Executive Finance Leader

About the role

Al Nasaem Cosmetics Co. is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join its executive management team in Kuwait. The CFO will shape the company’s financial strategy, support business transformation, and ensure robust financial governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term business planning.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, cash‑flow plans, P&L statements, balance‑sheet analysis and financial dashboards.
• Oversee banking facilities, credit lines, loans, financing structures and repayment schedules.
• Conduct liquidity studies and maintain strong cash‑flow control.
• Lead negotiations with banks, investors, shareholders, auditors and other financial institutions.
• Support business transformation, restructuring, expansion initiatives and long‑term financial governance.
• Manage accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, compliance and risk management.
• Provide clear financial recommendations to the Board and Executive Management.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting department.

Required profile

• 30–35 years of experience in finance, accounting, banking and corporate financial management.
• Proven track record as CFO, Finance Director or senior finance executive.
• Extensive experience in budgeting, P&L, cash‑flow, loans, banking facilities, liquidity management and risk analysis.
• Background in business transformation, restructuring, investor relations and strategic financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of GCC/MENA markets, banking practices and corporate finance environment.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, real estate, multi‑branch operations or family‑owned businesses is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
