Chief Operations Officer (COO)

About the role

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will lead LEENODA’s day‑to‑day operations from its Shuwaikh headquarters. Reporting directly to the founders, the COO ensures that production, retail and supply‑chain functions operate efficiently and align with the brand’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational plans that support growth in local and international markets.
• Optimize processes across manufacturing, store operations and logistics to improve quality, cost efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage budgets, monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, implement operational policies and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Support expansion projects, including new store openings and market entry strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within fashion, retail or consumer‑goods environments.
• Strong background in business planning, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership and people‑management abilities, with experience building and developing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills, and ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced setting.
