Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent recruitment strategy.
• Coordinate recruitment events and build networks with prospective candidates.
• Design and oversee employee training and development programs.
• Create long‑term succession plans to support career progression.
• Collaborate with the HR manager on internal promotion policies.
• Supervise the onboarding process for new hires.
• Assess hiring needs regularly and adjust recruitment tactics.
• Work with team leaders to evaluate performance and devise improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent time‑management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
