About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Talent Officer (CHRO) to lead our talent acquisition and management initiatives. In this senior HR position you will shape the recruitment strategy, guide career progression, and partner with senior leadership to align talent plans with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a talent recruitment strategy to attract upper‑level management candidates.
• Coordinate recruitment events and network with prospective candidates.
• Develop and organize employee training programs.
• Craft long‑term succession plans to ensure career progression.
• Collaborate with the HR manager to create internal promotion policies.
• Supervise the employee onboarding process.
• Assess hiring needs and continuously update recruitment strategies.
• Work with team leaders to evaluate personnel and design improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Exceptional knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
• Familiarity with performance management software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR tools such as applicant tracking systems.
• Good time‑management abilities and capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
